Based on the design sketches the first pattern are constructed, which are afterwards graded into all required sizes for all parts to be cut. This is realized with the help of the CAD/CAM-System by Lectra.

Subsequently based on the reference cutting pattern material consumptions, operating times and technological proceeding are specified for manufacturing samples for photo-shooting and sales activities. These first samples serve for checking the pattern construction and for adjustment with the customer.

The required master data as style information, material consumptions and operating times as well as technological specifications are entered and maintained in the ERP production system and his corresponding programs.

The operating times are thereby established in consideration of fabric construction, number of layers und visibility according to the sewing section based on the REFA-system. The data oblige also for the employees´ piece wage accounting.

Based on the design sketches and if applicable custom dimension the first pattern is constructed which is subsequently graded into all required sizes for all parts to be cut. This is realized with the Modaris-modul of the CAD/CAM-System by Lectra (newest upgrade). The CAD modul Diamino by Lectra is used for creating production cutting pattern.

The attention is focused on the maximum utilization of the fabric width with the target for using the highest possible number of layers.  These cutting patterns are transferred to the automatic cutter via interface.
