The major task of the Supply Chain Management lies in the planning of production capacities and their utilization as well as fabrication scheduling in the own manufactories and cooperation partners in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Beside this responsibility for material flows is taken as well as for stock transactions. Used are thereby modern equipment and technics.
The Supply Chain Management is the main supporting process all over the value chain and all production levels. Without newest IT-systems this would not be practicable. Since 2006 the fully integrated ERP-system MOVEX by Lawson is used. There are provided those processes:
