The scheduling processes starts with the acceptance of the customer orders and their recordation into the IT-system and are followed by the utilization optimizing of the production capacity. This is achieved by order disposal for the particular facilities.

The production scheduling is managed for these sections for the own manufactories as well as for external cooperation partners:

• Knitting
• Dyeing
• Cutting
• Sewing
• Packing and shipment

The delivery date verification is following with permanent conformance control. The process is finished by generating the delivery documents and shipment.

The operative supervision is supported by a complex system of reports and statistics, which helps to carry out analysis and evaluation of quality, quantity and term parameters.
