Quality

Quality inspections are based upon the purposes the materials have to be processed in the following operations. The tests are executed due to standard specifications and detailed internal regulations.

All the results are recorded in the internal data base on the company´s central server. The frequency and kind of tests can be adapted to the customer´s requirements.

The laboratories and the finished fabric inspection are operating in 2-shift-system, raw fabric inspection in 3-shifts.

The quality assurance in all production levels is given by alternate connection, cooperation and communication.

Thereby is the promptly feedback between the production and quality departments a very important warrantor.
