Knitting
The knitted fabrics are produced on machines Orizio, Pilotelli, Monarch, Baiyuan, Terrot and Albi in gauges of 18E, 22E, 24E, 28E, 36E and 50E.
The machines for single fabrics are in diameters of 30“, 34“ and 48“, machines for double constructions in diameters from 09“ to 38“.
Slicing to open fabric and spooling occurs inside the machines. At the output the material can be rolled-up or folded. The fabrics from machines with gauges 28E and 36E can be produced as tubular or open fabrics. The last named method is used in order to avoid unwished fold.
Terry fabrics – also known as plush – are produced on Pilotelli-machines in gauges 18E and in diameter of 30“. The height of the pile loops is 1,95 mm. Sweat fabrics are produced on machines in gauges of 24E and 28E in the diameter of 30“.
Collars are produced on flatbed knitting machines Stoll and Matsuya in gauge 14E, borders are made on circular machines in gauge 18E in diameter 30“.
