Quality

In the laboratories are executed physical and chemical tests in accordance with ISO standards. The tests are carried out after the required relaxation time in fully air-conditioned rooms. The results are analyzed due to the internal quality regulations.

The incoming inspection of yarn deliveries contains controlling parameters as fastness and tensibility, fineness, twist, equability, smoothness and others.

On finished fabrics, accessories and packing materials are ascertained values as width, m²-weight, shrinkage, tensibility lengthwise and crosswise, pilling, Burst pressure, color fastness and abrasion. Colorimetric comparison is done with the use of Datacolor, when indicated a visual comparing is arranged.

In the area of chemical examinations factors as  contents of formaldehyde, pH-value, contents of heavy metal, tests of salivary fastness, spectrum analysis of organic substances and yellowing fastness. These tests are executed within the scope of certification „Oeko-Tex® Standard 100“. Testing water treatment and sewage water for the boiler plant and the dyeing mill are also provided by the laboratory employees.
