Raw and finished fabrics are visually controlled on inspection machines. Therefor an immediate identification and prompt remedy of non-conformities is guaranteed.

The raw fabric inspection rate is from 50% to 100% of the produced amount regarding to the kind of fabric and customers requirement. The kind of inspection and processing is complying with the material composition and the fabric properties.

Furthermore zero-value tests are performed. That means checking fabric width, m²-weight in raw status and the same values plus lengthwise and crosswise after washing as well as yarn loop consumptions as a monitoring of the accurate knitting adjustments due to technological instructions.

High-elastic sensitive fabrics are inspected on the Unglaub machine with certificated meter measuring. Thereby the fabric is not stretched and so the parameters - primarily the shrinkage - are observed.

All the outcomes are analyzed due to the internal failure catalog and stored in databases in purpose of statistical analysis and studies.
