Dyeing
After the dyeing process the fabric is dehydrated in big centrifuges with filling capacities up to 120 kg. The wet folder turns the fabrics off and equalizes the fabric for entry to the dryer.
Drying is realized for tubular and open fabrics on a 5-chamber dryer under temperatures from 80°C to 160°C. The dryer is heated with gas and automatically controlled. After drying the cotton fabrics pass a 24–hour-relaxation in minimum.
Calendering serves for the precise folding or winding up tubular fabrics. Working widths from 22cm to 105 cm can be proceeded.
Open fabrics get their final width by fixation the defined values of shrinkage on the stenter frame heated with gas and working width from 80cm to 200cm. In order to improve the fabric surface and touch different additional chemicals can be applied via foulard.
For the run-out of the stenter frame there are 3 alternatives: individual fabric rolls up to 30 kg, folded fabrics in metal pans (ca. 300kg) or big skein up to 600 kg.
