Dyeing

Supplying of steam and water is realized by the own boiler house and central water treatment. The environment-friendly water cleaning and recycling processes comply with the environmental protection.

The middle-pressure gas-steam boiler house in category I is located in the factory premises in a separated building. The total established capacity is 28,04 MW (36 tp / h). The capacity of one boiler is 9,348 MW (12 tp / h) and realizes saturated steam with a maximum take-off up to 20 tp / h.

Domestic gas is the only fuel. The chimney height is 80 m. The central water treatment serves for technology and gas boiler. The capacity is 138m3/h and the raw water is sourced from the river Sázava. A regulation of the pH-value for dyeing mill and boiler plant is carried out.

The sewage water is prepared for discharging into the public canalization. For this reason the pH-value is checked steadily as well as the rate of soluble and insoluble substances and the biologic usage of oxygen.
