Dyeing

All the color measuring activities are realized with the ColorTools and Colorite programs.

New color shades are dyed in the laboratory on Mathis- and Linitest-aggregates.

The recipe documents for production order are endowed with barcodes and the dyestuff can be measured in a very precise way by using the program DatacolorWeigh and digital scales.

In order to identify the fabric rolls after dyeing they get special coupons, which are resistant to dyestuff and chemicals.

The fabrication of the dyeing batches are planned and monitored for each aggregate via the central control station Then-Datacolor TDS, which simultaneously ensures data recording and visualization. Thanks to this result analysis and their optimization are possible very quickly. These reports are about machine utilization, assigning dyeing programs and data breakdowns of performances for all operating steps.

The integrated ERP-system Movex, the DATACOLOR system and the TDS are linked via interfaces.  The results of dyeing batch are compared with the reference sample before releasing them for the following finishing procedures.
