Dyeing
The dyehouse of the PLEAS a.s. belongs due to its modern equipment to one of the leading dyeing factories in Middle Europe. In three-shift operation are processed fabrics from the own knitting mill as well as raw fabrics supplied by customer.
Dyeing, bleaching and washing of raw fabrics are processed on 30 atmospheric and compressive dyeing machines following the exhaustion process. The dyeing machine monitoring is performed by the Then-Datacolor control station. High temperature dyeing is also possible. The filling capacities of dyeing batches differ from 10 kg to 600 kg. Recipes and color sampling is made with the help of the Datacolor dci-match program. In the database are registered over 2000 color shades.
For the following finishing processes are 20 aggregates available, on which the final width range of finished fabrics is achieved - from 20 cm in tubular to 200 cm in open fabrics. The grammages range from 80 g/m2 to 350 g/m2, other values due to agreement.
To the specialties of the dye works belongs not only the garment dyeing of sewed items but also coloring accessories as for instance elastic bands and binding tubes. Dyeing in small charges ensures flexible and quick reacting to costumer’s requirements.
