With the modern machinery the cutting department is able to process fabrics of various material compositions as open fabrics as well as tubular ones, for instance bodysize, seamless or borders.

For layering are integrated 7 spreading machines by Niebuhr and Bullmer, thereof 4 machines for open fabric and 3 machines for tubular.

The cutting is realized with the help of two cutting automates by Bullmer and Lectra, whereas pieces of tubular fabrics are manually cut with band saws. Spreading and cutting of fabrics with special design as square, stripes or rapport are also realized manually.

The responsibilities of the cutting department also include preparing accessories. Used are automatic machines for slicing borders (crosswise and lengthwise), automates for cutting and closing rubber bands as well as crocheting sliced borders (6 crochette sewing automates).

For ironing motives are two bigger and four smaller ironing presses by Meyer available and for ironing fleece we use a continuous ironing press by Kannegiesser.
On other special machines are separated knitted collars and seamless pieces by evaporating the separating thread.
