CMT

The basement for the making-up production is established in the Technical Product Management. The technical and technological documentation is created in this section, which serves for a lot of the successional processes such as planning, calculating, controlling and production. Creating cutting pattern and grading to all required sizes as well as calculating material consumptions and operating times precede sewing prototypes and samples.

The CMT production with operating in cutting, sewing and packing has a daily capacity of about 40.000 pieces and is realized mainly in Havlíčkův Brod. In order to improve the item´s quality adding fashion accessories as embroidery, special motive printing or rhinestones a closely collaboration is linked with international cooperation partners all over Europe.

High sophisticated equipment of the making up departments makes it possible to achieve seams guaranteeing fashionable look and wear comfort. By use of the latest computerized cutting facility a precise working from the very first beginning is guaranteed. Processed are knitted fabrics as well as woven fabrics with a big range of grammages from 65 g/m² to 400 g/m².

All items are frequently controlled, which leads to a 100% close control of each garment.
