Quality

The quality assurance across the CMT production levels is ensured by permanently process controls that are realized by operators, supervisors and mechanics and special trained employees at the final control.

For example, the faultless state of sewing needles is checked by the operator before start sewing. Likewise the quality of each 10th sewed item is checked by the operator.

During the routine production process supervisors, trainees and mechanics are constantly carrying out random sampling of the production results of the employees. This allows prompt reaction and minimizing possible differences in quality.

Each garment is under support of special formed inspection boards to 100% controlled on both sides. The check-up parameters amongst others are sewing nonconformities, seam tension, dimension conformity and stains.  Possible occurring stains are eliminated with environment-friendly detergents.

The items are finally AQL 2.5 controlled by the employees of the quality department before releasing for the packing process.
